In the meantime prepare the box for the shipping:<\/p><ul><li>check that the product is not damaged, that the original packaging is intact, that all accessories are present and that the booklets are anchored to the product, as in the original<\/li><li>use a protective box in which you insert the box; do not apply adhesive elements on the box (transport damage is your responsibility)<\/li><li>as soon as you receive the return authorization, print it and insert it in the package.<\/li><li>close the box tightly so that nothing comes out<\/li><\/ul><p>4\/ send the package to: WAVES ITALIA, VIA CRESPI 24, 24020, PRADALUNGA, BG, ITALY.<\/p><p>5\/ check your email or your balance: we could text you for anomalies or we will directly credit the amount. Everything will be done within 14 working days since when we will receive the withdrawal at our company.<\/p><h3><strong><em>&gt;&gt;&gt; B &#8211; return for defect<\/em><\/strong><\/h3><p>1\/ write us an email at <a href=\"mailto:shop@lashelmets.com\">shop@lashelmets.com<\/a>, where you need to clearly indicate in the following order:<\/p><ul><li>Your name and surname<\/li><li>Order number<\/li><li>Date of receipt of the products<\/li><li>The indication that the request is due to a production defect.<\/li><li>The name of the model, the code, the colour, the size, the quantity and the defect fournd of each product<\/li><li>Attach and image or a video that will make us understand the defect. For the helmets it would be better if you could indicate as well the Serial number that you can find inside the helmet.<\/li><li>Attach the receipt of your purchase.<\/li><\/ul><p>Alternatively, you can download, fill up, sign, scan the form that you can download <a href=\"https:\/\/lashelmets.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/MODULO-RICHIESTA-DI-RESO.pdf\">here<\/a>, and send it by email at <a href=\"mailto:shop@lashelmets.com\">shop@lashelmets.com<\/a>, don\u2019t forget to attach anyway the photos or video and the receipt of your purchase.<\/p><p>2\/ wait for our answer with the authorization of the return (RMA). Furthermore, during holidays there may be delays also for internal management.<\/p><p>LAS does not reimburse any transport costs or custom charges.
